The Community Arts Fellowship Experience Center is an inclusive, contemporary multi-arts space based in Tampa, Florida; that incubates and inspires new arts participants, art-makers and organizations from our multicultural, intergenerational communities in order to engage in civic dialogue and meaningful community transformation. We also look forward to being able to offer live-work spaces for low-income artist of all disciplines.

    Executive Creative Director

    Louis D Hall is a working artist and military veteran that has 20-years experience in Arts Creation, Operations Management and Communications. He studies at Grand Canyon University and looks to obtaining a Doctorate in Psychology focusing in Youth Arts Therapy. As an artist and youth arts worker, he has participated in over 10 stage-plays, written 5 original scripts for stage, produced two of the scripts, directed short films, taught in FL & TX.
