Our business model is designed to exploit two growing opportunities appearing in the alcoholic beverage market in the United States: growth of dark spirit craft distillation and the explosion of the cider market.

We will do this through the production of specialty beverages made from the rare true cider apples grown on our farm. This apples produce distinctive products with authentic taste that command premium prices and are in high demand.
