Company Summary

My business is a very simple setup. I would like to open a call center dedicated to teaching people how to use their smart/basic cell phone. Working in the industry for over six years I have discovered there is a great need for this service among both old and young. I will also tech classes in basic cell phone troubleshooting. My call center will employ 10 customer service reps to begin with and then move up to 20.
