As the founder of The Big Kaboom, Carlos is an entrepreneur, investor and sales/marketing professional, most recently as the founder of the information technology firm, Next Level. Next Level was sold to a multi-national, integrated media company in 2008. Carlos holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science. Carlos is responsible for the management, long-term direction and marketing of The Big Kaboom.

Marital Status: Divorced. Nicholas has spent the past 30 years in leadership positions at various Fortune 100 companies as well as with start-up organizations, working both at the domestic and international level. Nicholas holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Nicholas provides sales leadership and market development for The Big Kaboom.

Marital Status: Married. Jennifer has extensive hands-on experience in building business operations from the ground up in the technology and service industries. Jennifer was a shareholder and a key member of the senior management team at Next Level, serving as Director of Operations. At The Big Kaboom, Jennifer is responsible for all aspects of the company’s operations, including service delivery, technology and finance.

Marital Status: Married. Philip is a Litigation Support and Business Valuation Partner at Cherry Bekaert with over 29 years of experience in commercial litigation and marital dispute cases. Philip works with a team of forensic accountants that deliver valuable support and testimony in court. Philip is a University of Florida graduate, with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. At The Big Kaboom, Philip serves on the Board of Directors.

Marital Status: Divorced. Robert is an experienced executive, serving in key leadership positions with some of the world's largest information technology companies. With a degree in Computer Science and minor in Business Administration, Robert has a unique combination of creative business thinking with a structured approach to business opportunities. Robert was an original Next Level investor and serves on The Big Kaboom Board of Directors

Marital Status: Divorced. Gloria is an entrepreneur; involved in television/radio, event management, hospitality, fentertainment, real estate and international businesses. Aside from extensive non-profit work and community involvement, Gloria is Executive Producer and Director of Public and Community Relations at Mira TV (formerly CNN Latino). At The Big Kaboom, Gloria serves on the Board of Directors and is the Company's public spokesperson.
