The Bakery Emporium is a 100% dedicated gluten free facility, the first of it's kind in Oklahoma. We currently have one shop, but plan to franchise. We have been earning revenue for nearly two years which allows us to research and develop gluten free products that are actually delicious! The business model we plan to follow is similar to Panera Bread. We also manufacture retail packaged products in the grocery market and have a USGS1 bar code.
