The 4Us Initiative is an organization in Baltimore that provides transitional housing to homeless families and victims of domestic violence. The organization also provides recreational activities to Baltimore City youth. The organization provides outreach to the homeless and the youth currently. During the winter months the 4Us initiative provides basic goods (coats, hats blankets and gloves) to the homeless.
