Everyone with texting capabilities can use it and everyone with a product or service wants reviews.
Most people will take the time and trouble to say something about what they eat, how the service was, how they feel about a product, but if you dont give them the abilty to do it "before that feeling is gone", they are gone.
Its not novel to review, but its the simplicity that sets us apart.
