He founded and ran several successful high-tech ventures including ATMOS Corp, MicroSemiX, VoIPshield Systems, Kaben Wireless Silicon and others. He held various engineering and management positions in Bell Northern Research, Nortel Networks, and Carleton University before embarking on his entrepreneurial career.

Dr. Wight is an authority in wireless systems and electromagnetics. At Carleton University in Ottawa, he holds the distinguished title and position of Chancellor’s Professor. He acted as Chief Scientist for Kaben Wireless Silicon and was a Co-Founder of AlleWin Technologies, Principal Architect and Co-Founder of IceFyre Semiconductor, Sr. Radio Architect for Philsar Electronics. He is an author or co-author of over 100 patents.

Vytas Kezys is a seasoned technical strategist and leader in mobile wireless. His career focuses on leveraging a broad technical background and concept-to-product experience to develop leading wireless solutions. He pioneered work in array signal processing, early development of MU-MIMO and has demonstrated expertise in a wide range of fields including Wi-Fi, RF propagation, statistical signal processing, indoor navigation and sensor fusion/SLAM.

Dr. Bereza has been in senior management roles since 2002 and has extensive experience managing multi-disciplinary teams (90+) in Canada, in the US, in Europe and in India. Bill comes to us with over 27 years of comprehensive R&D experience in Wireless and high-speed Wireline IC product development having worked for Synopsys, Kaben Wireless, Altera, SiGe Microsystems, PMC-Sierra, Nortel and Bell-Northern Research.

Terry Clancy is a Senior Executive with extensive business, M&S, product management, and organizational development experience. Terry served as VP of the Systems Division for Checkpoint Systems, a global leader in shrink management, merchandise visibility and apparel label solutions based in Philadelphia.
