    I have over 12 years of experience working professionally in the hospitality industry. I have worked in many fine dining & upscale restaurants in the greater Tucson area. I was a finalist in this year's Shamrock Food's "Get Grilling" competition which was judged by Chef Graham Elliot. I was awarded 3rd place out of over 200 entries for the "Roadhouse Burger". My recipe will be published in the Winter edition of "Smart Solutions" magazine. .
