Drew created Terrafin Consulting as a company comprised of senior executives that help corporate clients achieve breakout results in their business.

Bill brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in the military and corporate environments to Terrafin Consulting. Bill’s corporate experience includes positions with some of the largest and best known corporations in the Northeast Wisconsin area. He has held numerous executive level positions and has provided Program Management, Leadership, ISO and Business Development services.

Jennifer brings an impressive tool-kit in Performance Development and Business Process improvement. Jennifer’s experience with Fortune 500 companies and ISO compliance projects bring a vast knowledge of best in class practices and techniques and combined with a hard scientific background, Jennifer often thinks outside the box to find solutions to complex problems.

Bryan has over 20 years of experience designing, implementing and leading Lean Six Sigma programs, and is an ASQ Certified Master Black Belt. He started his Lean journey in Japan learning from Toyota. Over the years, he has had the opportunity to work with a number of Fortune 500 companies in executive and consulting roles.

Rodger Patience has 25 years of experience in fundraising, gift accounting, nonprofit management, information services, process improvement, strategic planning, and public speaking. He has served on staff at service agencies, museums, foundations, and community organizations in Chicagoland and Wisconsin. He has also provided process improvement coaching and software expertise to hospitals and healthcare enterprises around the country.
