I have been in renovation business for 30 years. I have observed many consumers who have lost thier life savings because of unqualified contractors. My certification that I have created is a 3 level cert. that will require training and testing at each level. This is going to protect the consumer as well as the contractor. My vision is this will be adopted nationally. Contractors will have to possess at least one level to do business.
