Mr. Williams’ background is in IT Services, where he has focused on project management for the past decade. Mr. Williams oversees daily operations of the General Partner. Charitable work has been a focus for Mr. Williams over the years. From years as a foster brother to orphans awaiting adoption, to cancer hospitals in Russia and Ukraine, to international refugee housing projects in Texas, service to others is one of Mr. Williams’ passions.

Mr. Cooper began his professional financial career while studying economics at the University of Missouri in 1988 when he developed a fascination with the futures and securities markets. Trading system software, with the ability to test original ideas on a large amount of data helped to complete Mr. Cooper’s trading education. Since that time, he has dedicated his efforts to the trading of his personal assets and the perfection of trading models.
