Bob Hirneisen has over twenty years of experience leading fast-growth and transitional companies, with specific expertise in investor relations and exit strategies. He oversees Tensegrity's operations and manufacturing, supply chain, customer service, and sales. He holds a BS in Computer Integrated Manufacturing, with a minor in Electrical Engineering, plus graduate studies in Business and Information Technology.

Morgan Stanfield is an award-winning communications professional with more than ten years of experience in marketing and publishing. She previously served in the same directorship for prosthetics manufacturer Orthocare Innovations, and as a writer/editor at the leading magazine in prosthetics. She has a BA in visual arts/writing and graduate training in technical communications and usability from the University of Colorado Denver.

Jerry Keane has over twenty years’ experience in the medical device industry, with core competencies in design for manufacturability and plastic injection molding.
