My name is Tendai Mpaso and currently working at Royal Melbourne Hospital as a Sleep scientist in Respiratory and Sleep medicine Department.
There has been increase in fatal deaths caused by drowning in the Australian waterways. In 2017 and 2018 the Royal Life Saving has reported of 291 and 249 fatal drowning incidences.
After watching a few shows of Bondi Beach, I came up with an idea that will help reduce drowning incidences.
