Tenacity is an employee engagement solution that increases retention and productivity. Our software, affordably and at scale, reproduces the techniques that good managers use to retain employees. Pilot with a $30B telco reduced the monthly attrition by 2/3 (10x ROI). We charge - $15-25 per employee per month (before launch fee/wearables), and just launched a second pilot with Concentrix (+50K empl); 750K employees are in the sales pipeline.

Team

  • Founder, CEO

    Ron Davis earned graduate degrees from Harvard Law School (with honors) and UO, and won national recognition at FNF, an $8 billion company, for record-breaking sales in a price-regulated, commoditized, entrenched market. He led cross functional teams in successful strategic initiatives and also created and led popular seminars and client coaching sessions.

  • John is an experienced technical leader who has led local and distributed teams of 1-60 people at 7 startups and small software companies. He was a cofounder at Four Creeks (acquired by OneCommand) and a CTO at GoAhead (acquired by Oracle). John started his career in Silicon Valley at a medical imaging startup and worked his way up to VP level, before moving to Seattle. He received his BS from Rose-Hulman and PhD from Stanford.

  • Hanna brings over a decade of experience in technology marketing and commercialization. At a consulting group, yet2, Hanna worked with Fortune 500s and startups on bringing cutting-edge technologies to market. She received an open innovation award from NASA. Prior to that, she was an analyst at a DC-based think tank, where she researched technology trends and was involved in a semantic software spinoff. Hanna received her MBA from MIT/Sloan.
