Cinde is the company founder and a TMJD sufferer. Following TMJ surgery she found that her jaw would drop to one side during sleep causing excruciating pain. She fashioned a brace out of some material and later developed an orthotic brace that held her jaw in the clinically correct position and allowed her muscles to fully relax. Cinde's mission is to help others who use oral appliances to experience relief and support from her braces.

CPA and owner of McCaracher & Associates, an accounting firm in Grand Junction, CO currently providing accounting services for TempOrthotics. JoLynn will join the company as corporate accountant overseeing the budget, tracking expenses, billing & collections, accts payable, payroll, taxes, and financial reporting.

Young and full of ideas, Eden is a Representative and Head of Sales as well as the TempOrthotics model. She is also a TMJ surgical patient and user of the Stabilizer support. She brings her patient experience, sales expertise and training in administration into the company, and has proven to be a great asset to the TempOrthotics team.
