We created an IT network infrastructure and proprietary hardware/software integrated medical assessment devices to support remote supervised private examinations and consultations of patients at home or in community based settings, including a multitude of origination sites between the patient and health provider. We serve as the connection conduit and IT infrastructure and paid based upon utilization and access fees.
