Mr. Pakosh has been involved in all facets of sales and marketing for the last 30 years. Prior to TekStart, he served as Director of NA Sales for Sonics Inc. Previously, Mr. Pakosh worked at Virage Logic (NASDAQ:VIRL) where he worked as Director, Emerging Markets for this leader of semiconductor IP. Mr. Pakosh co-founder Xentec, a semiconductor IP startup eventually sold to InSilicon in December 2000 and is now part of Synopsys (NASDAQ:SNPS).

Mr. Keil has over 25 years sales and marketing experience in the semiconductor and design tools industry. His professional experience includes Business Development, Corporate Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Corporate Development, Venture funding and Management for technology firms. Mr. Keil’s competencies and experience include market and company valuations, corporate development, strategic marketing, business development and market assessments.

Spanning a 20+ year career at public and private companies, responsibilities have included Marketing, Sales, Operations and General Management in Semiconductor IP, Semiconductor & Systems industries. Positions have included senior management and executive roles at ARC International, MIPS Technologies, Philips Semiconductor and Sun Microsystems.

Mr. Thorpe is a seasoned entrepreneur and product architect who has been helping emerging companies to develop new products for over 20 years. He has a strong background in establishing sound engineering practices and liaise with executive management to ensure corporate success. Prior to establishing A2 in 1993, Roger Thorpe spent 15 years in computer development culminating as the Vice President of Engineering for a Supercomputer manufacturer.

Mr. Feinberg was the original founder of TekStart and is currently retired. However, he remains a valuable resource to the current management team.

Phil Casini is an expert in business strategy, sales enablement, and marketing management. Phil has 26 years experince in the high technology industry, including 14 years in executive positions. Phil Casini is currently at Cisco Systems and previously was Managing Partner at Advance Tech Marketing (ATM).
