He is a co-inventor of Teicos Pharma's technology. He has a PhD in Environmental Eng. and an M.S. in Aerospace Eng. and Eng. Mechanics from the University of Cincinnati and a B.S. in Aerospace Eng. from the University of Michigan.

Dr. Raula is a senior research scientist at Aalto University School of Science and Technology (AUSST) and the co-inventor and key developer behind Teicos Pharma's technology. He is PhD in Chemistry. He has managed development and commercialization projects in drug formulation, inhalation device development and powder characterization for world leading drug, device and instrumentation companies.
