Prior to joining TectumPro Mrs. Evans practiced law for fourteen years. As Chief Operating Officer and Head of Business Development, CJ oversees all operations, sales, marketing and customer relations. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Baylor University and her J.D. from Regent University. To ensure TectumPro's growth she will work hand-in-hand with Casey Dulgar,the majority owner of TectumPro, to drive product development and placement.

Mr. Dulgar is a software engineer with a 17 year background in systems automation and inter-communications. As the designer and main software engineer of Tectum Pro’s products, Casey works as Head of Technical Services. His responsibilities include oversight of product development, customer training and customer support.
