Company Summary

Starting with the U.S. Latino population, we will leverage technology to overcome obstacles such as language barriers, poverty, lack of knowledge of available services and exploitive practices to connect individuals with needed resources. These resources will include health information, an employment database, communication blogs, microfinance information and entertainment. We give users the connectivity they need to thrive.

  • Mike Andrews
    CEO and Chairman

    Mr. Andrews is the founder of Technologico. He is also the President of Waterman Technologies, LLC, a multi-national information technology and security corporation where he specializes in Latin America healthcare and security. He was previously a member of Eyeonics, a start-up purchased by Bausch and Lomb. Mr. Andrews served 10 years of active duty in the U.S. Navy as a SEAL and instructor. He is a combat-decorated veteran.

  • Demetrios Geokezas
    Chief Technology Officer

    Mr. Geokezas is Chief Operating Officer at Tiercel and Aegis Technologies Group, Inc. , responsible for operations, project management, business development, human resources and financial oversight. He has 18 years with the U.S. Navy within both the Intelligence Surface Warfare communities. He has a B.S from the U.S. Naval Academy and holds a Top Secret Security Clearance.

  • Terry McGaughan
    Director of Sales and Marketing

    Mr. McGaughan is a former Boeing executive who provided go-to-market strategies and led global sales initiatives and program management initiatives. He is president of North Shore Group, a consulting firm. He earned his B.A. from St. John's University and his M.S. from Pepperdine University.

  • Patrick Banasky
    Chief Financial Officer

    Mr. Banasky has been in finance for Edelman Public Relations, JP Morgan Chase, Philips Medical Systems, Starbucks and AT&T. A CPA, he has shaped contract negotiation and pricing. He is a graduate of University of Washington with a Bachelor of Business Administration, concentrating in finance and marketing.

  • Clint Borgen
    Interim Chief Operating Officer

    Mr. Borgen has been President of The Borgen Project, a national campaign that builds support in Congress for poverty-reduction legislation. Previously, he was Vice President of GoodPhone Wireless and Director of Online Marketing for PicCell Wireless. He worked in Geneva for the United Nations regarding refugee issues. He is a graduate of the Edward R. Murrow School of Communications and Washington State University.

  • Jenna Heim
    Director of End User Acquisition and Retention

    Ms. Heim earned her M.A. degree in International Security from the University of Sydney's Centre for International Security Studies. She has experience in Nicaragua in community development projects, in Ghana teaching English and working on community projects and malaria education and has traveled throughout Asia and Europe. She received her undergraduate degree from Georgia Southern University in international studies.
