Besides his inherent knowledge of amateur sports in the US, Sherif has transferred his skills from years of working in Corporate America as an advisor to large corporations, law firms and global banks on human resources management and employee retention. He has applied his experience of brand perception, creative marketing solutions and customer service to helping amateur sports organizations maintain and expand their programs.

Caleb comes to TFU with 4 years of experience at CJRW, one of the largest advertising/marketing agencies in the mid-west. He has since been managing the day-to-day operations and special events as the Program Director at SSUSA, a national sports non-profit. Caleb’s project management, operations management and attention to quality control are essential to the growth and scalability of the TFU business processes.
