We do a simple job. We simulate share market for those companies who are not public. We offer them shares like "blue sets". They sell them to their invetors i.e. public to raise money.
They later pay dividends to them, which increases the value of blue sets held by the firm and public.
Therefore they can resell the increased value to the public, to other companies and to us. Selling of goodwill takes place.
