Mr. Leite was a Vice President in the Healthcare Investment Banking group at RBC Capital Markets in New York City working with life science companies to raise capital and to execute strategic transactions. Prior to that, Mr. Leite held various research and managerial roles at Curagen Corporation, based in New Haven, CT. Mr. Leite holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Molecular & Cell Biology from the University of Connecticut.

Mrs. Leite worked for several years in the retail banking industry, first with People’s Bank in CT and then with Citibank in CT and NY, building and maintaining personal banking relationships. Mrs. Leite holds an MS in Business Administration from Albertus Magnus College and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.

Mrs. Kounnavong has formal culinary training and has worked in various roles in the food industry including front-of-the-house and cooking roles of restaurants in CT. Prior to this, she worked for several years as a quality control inspector for an engine components company in CT. She holds an Associate degree in General Business Administration from Housatonic Community College and a Certificate in Culinary Arts from Gateway Community College.
