Company Summary

In my 8 years as an employee of IBM, I gathered sufficient knowledge and expertise, that I have applied in larger projects.

When I founded the company in 1980, the intention was to maintain an enterprise with an entrepreneurial spirit.

The fluctuant project pipeline prompted us to invest in products that would give clients solutions to their problems in mainframe environments.

And I hope to find a competent succession company.

    I gathered mainly international experience in the business development area of banking and financial services. My role in this project is to provide some commercial guidance as I have been involved in various M&A activities of companies ranging from small ventures to stock listed entities.

    At the beginning of my professional career, I focused on the development of tires and rubber mixtures at Metzeler AG. Then I was working for IBM, mainly for the defense division and later as system developer in Munich with clients like BMW and EADS.
    After the launch of my enterprise, I was primarily dedicated to large clients like ALLIANZ, BMW and lately AUDI. The focus has been on the design and control of relatively large and complex projects.
