Company Summary

The corporation currently has two digital radio stations; www.kksdjazz.com broadcasting and www.kblktalkradio.com scheduled on air by the end of this year. The stations combine radio, internet, television, You Tube and archiving all in one platform. Two more stations are planned for 2014. One will be a training facility for High School students to be trained in writing and producing radio and television programs. We cater to all demographics.

    Tayari Howard is the second of four generations of broadcasters in his family. He has spent the last forty-one years in San Diego radio logging more than 20,000 on air hours, producing and writing more than 6,000 commercials and 15,000 public service announcements. He has numerous awards including a "Lifetime Achievement" Award from President Barack Obama.

    Vice President/General Consul

    Mr. Landers has practiced law for thirty-five years and served for ten years as a Judge Pro Tem in the Superior Court System in San Diego County. He has a vast knowledge in structuring business entities from start ups to management operations, mergers and acquisitions and corporate financing.
