İn my country, there is no corporate company that makes chicken flipping. There is a big market and a big deficit.Our business model is home delivery. Product is only fully fried chicken and drink. Only 3 staff in each branch. Very few staff and too much sales. A cook and two people motor courier in a branch. Quickly opening new stores in major cities of Turkey. Our biggest advantage is that we do not have a corporate competitor.
