Mei Shan began her R&D journey in 2010 with the local universities and research institutes. Thereafter, she spent >5 years in 2 giant FMCG companies where she dedicated the majority of her time on product development and launch. During this time, she also co-founded and exited a family business in the education space after 3 rewarding years. In 2018, she initiated the first ever start-up competition for the SG campus as a proud MBA alumnus.
