Company Summary

TAPTIN provides mobile SaaS to Buy Local groups and merchants without IT support. We provide mobile apps to pull shoppers to the merchants. Each merchant also gets a personalized mobile web app for free. Merchants sign-in to manage content and promotions and to opt-in to other services. We charge the groups a one-time $99 setup fee and $299 per mobile app. We make money selling services to merchants later.

After his MBA at UC Berkeley, he was involved in two startups. Proxinet was successfully exited through an acquisition by PumaTech. He also taught software engineering at San Jose State University. He is involved in the family's small business since he was 15 years old.
