Brightside Technologies, his previous company, sold to Dolby Laboratories for US$28M in 2007. Helge holds over 40 patents in the fields of display, camera and video technology.

Since starting her career as a chartered accountant at KPMG, Emilie has led finance functions for prominent technology companies: Softimage, CGI, and most recently for Averna Technologies, a US$30M business with 300 employees, whom she served as CFO. Emilie holds degrees from McGill University, HEC and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
