A graduate of the University of South Florida he most recently served as the Region 3 Tennis Program Coordinator for USTA Florida where he developed the strategic marketing for Adult & Junior League tennis in the USTA Florida Section Region 3 including more than 30 tennis leagues and involving more than 7,000 players.

Mr. Davis, CEO and founder of NATIONAL SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT GROUP (DBA The Tampa Bay RAIN) orchestrated a group of nine Directors to manage the American Basketball Association (ABA) franchise Tampa Bay RAIN. He purchased The Luxury Box restaurant in downtown Tampa which has been operating for two years. . Previously, Davis owned SDE Storing Documents Electronically Inc. which he operated for thirteen (13) years.

Cassaza has Thirty-five + years of executive level profit and loss responsibility and business experience in the development, implementation, and management of profitable business performance, and market presence, which required the collaboration of executives, middle management, administrative, and critical skilled professionals to ensure optimal levels of productivity, and strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies

Ms. Lyons graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from State University of New York Institute of Technology. She is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of public and private accounting experience

Wayne “Tree” Rollins, a former NBA and Clemson great, enters his first season as head coach of the Tampa Bay RAIN. His previous coaching experience was with the Greenville Grove, as head coach, and 10 years as an assistant player-coach with the Orlando Magic, Washington Wizards, and the Indiana Pacers.

Mr. Johnson is active in youth sports organizations in the Tampa bay area. He is a retired US Army Officer with 20 years of progressive military experience and an additional 12 years as regional sales manager for a major Geographic Imaging Software company where he successfully applied his military skills and knowledge earning several sales awards.

Mr. Boyette has more than 24 years of experience in the financial services industry. His experience includes investment management, consulting, investment banking and marketing financial products to Financial Advisors, Registered Investment Advisors, Institutional and High Net Worth clients.

Ms. Deeb has more than 10 years experience in sports marketing, corporate sponsorships, and team operations with the Tampa Bay Storm, of the Arena Football League; Assistant-Director of Football Operations & Recruiting with the University of South Florida and team fitness business operations.
