As CEO, Brandon Naids brings a variety of experience and achievements to the team as a mechanical engineer at United Space Alliance and Universal Orlando Resort acting as project manager on large-scale design changes. He has completed a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and is pursuing a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering with a Project Engineering Certificate.

Jordan Griffin acts as President and Chief Engineer. Jordan comes from a family of engineers and business owners and started working for his father's mechanical contracting company, B&I Contractors, and his grandfather's manufacturing & fabrication facility, Bob Dean Supply, during high school. Through College, Jordan worked for Indoor Air Professionals, a small test & balance company.
