    Dimple’s expertise lies in business development, sales, pricing strategies, design and product management. Dimple’s background primarily comes in maximising profits through effective revenue management, sales and pricing strategies. Dimple is a Governor and a Regional Lean In Leader, a nonprofit organisation founded by Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg. She is also part of the Founders of the Future, a private network started by Brent Hoberman.

    Before Talking Circles, I was the technical co-founder of Innovate My Curriculum - a platform for Computing teachers to find resources, plan curriculums and assess student progress. I cut my teeth as a technical team lead & delivery manager in Morgan Stanley's Equity Derivatives Technology Division. Rising from a graduate trainee to an Executive Director in 10 years, I managed a global team of developers and a 24x6 pre-trade pricing platform.
