Mary has over 30 years experience in Global Operations, Supply Chain and Distribution in the Automotive and Medical Device industries. Her expertise is in her global relations, designing new technology and processes, and cutting costs.

15 years experience of design and development engineerig and management expertise in medical devices, with over 10 patents. Bryan focuses on strategic business development and integration in innovative technologies, and leading teams of engineers and product managers to drive growth.

Dr Bartlett is a board certified plastic surgeon who has practiced for over 30 years, specializing in reconstruction of the head, face, neck and ears. He is the former Chief of Plastic Surgery at CHOP and Professor of Surgery at HUP. He has been aware of the possibility of ear shaping in neonatal ears for years and has employed various methods of treatment. Recognizing the deficiencies in these, he developed the basic concept of InfantEar.

Galina has over 10 years experience in the medical device industry in manufacturing, quality and process engineering.

Natalie has worked with several startups while finishing her Master's Degree from Havard focusing on Technology, Innovation and Education. Together with her father, they foundedTalexMedical (formerly EarGear, LLC) and created the early Business and Go-To-Market Strategy.

Dr Guerra is a Pediatrician, Neonatologist and is an experienced Medical Device industry consultant. Dr Guerra is a successful InfantEar customer and is increasing the pediatrician customer base with robust sales and marketing platforms.
