    Inventor, Founder

    Dr Bartlett is a board certified plastic surgeon who has practiced for over 30 years, specializing in reconstruction of the head, face, neck and ears. He is the former Chief of Plastic Surgery at CHOP and Professor of Surgery at HUP. He has been aware of the possibility of ear shaping in neonatal ears for years and has employed various methods of treatment. Recognizing the deficiencies in these, he developed the basic concept of InfantEar.
