Paul Silverstein, founded Talentrackr while managing a conglomerate of recruitment companies in NYC. Paul moved to India in 2011 to build & launch Talentrackr. He is regarded as one of the pioneers of the USA Prepaid Card market when he founded Global Telecommunication Solutions in 1992; received angel funding from Barry Rubenstein, Eli Oxenhorn, & Shelly Finkel; then led the company public on NASDAQ Small Cap in 1995.

Evan Davis, co-founder of Talentrackr, worked closely with Paul Silverstein at the recruitment company conglomerate owned by JP Investors. Evan graduate New York University with BS Computer Science in 2007 and joined Talentrackr at inception.

Vishwas Mahajan is a highly experienced entrepreneur and well known technology expert in India who founded and IPO’d a global software product company in India. Additionally, Vishwas is currently the President of TIE Pune Chapter in India (TIE is the largest IT Executive Global Association.)
