Talawah Technologies, Inc. designs and manufactures passive, wireless surface acoustic wave sensors, and the coherence multiplexed transceiver for improved communication with SAW devices. The sensors are rugged, lightweight, inexpensive, and of small size. These sensors do not require costly wiring, which allows the devices to be easily installed and maintained in locations that are hard to reach and/or in extreme physical environments.

Mrs. McCoy-Fisher’s skills are vital for the management of Talawah Technologies and the marketing of its products.

    Shane Shepherd is a graduate from the FAMU-FSU College of As a FAMU alum, Mr. Shepherd gained over five years of experience in hardware and software integration in the aerospace and military industries. His ability to conduct large network simulation, modify proprietary software compilers, and develop graphical user interfaces is critical for the commercialization of the CMT.

    Dr. Fisher is an electrical engineer, co-inventor of the passive, wireless H2 gas sensor, developer of the coherence multiplexed transceiver (CMT) system. Dr. Fisher is a UCF Electrical Engineering PhD alum and currently a UCF Postdoctoral Associate.
