    Dr.Toman started out in Astrophysics but found himself doing more system admin and software development. He brings 25 years experience in software dev. and management, and start-up software and IT companies. As CTO, Dr. Toman is looking to the next generation of technology to ensure that any technologies we choose don't limit our growth, make the best use of our budget, and strike a balance between innovation and dependability.

    CEO

    For the last 12 years, Carolyn has been using her technology leadership skills to run her own businesses in the Tahoe area. Phillips Business Solutions, a small business technology consultancy and KizmeTech, a web development and Internet Marketing company.
    Prior to that, Carolyn was the COO of a San Francisco dot com start-up and Director of Operations for an Oracle Enterprise Consultancy.
