    Alan Martinsen has worked for the Los Angeles Police Department for 10+ years. He has gained valuable insight and experience while working in the Safer Cities Initiative unit, Gang Enforcement Detail as a court qualified gang expert, with the Parole Compliance Unit, Mental Evaluation Unit, and as a Background Investigator. He has joined with a very knowledgeable team to create the Design, Development, and Features of this great system.
