Established in July 2016, Tacos Ole’ has proven a promising quick service mobile eatery that offers enormous potential in the food truck business of Houston. It is operated by Yokima Perez and her husband Jesus.

Tacos Ole' serves a limited menu of tacos, tortas, nachos rice bowls and quesadillas. We offer a variety of meats including beef, chicken, carnitas, brisket, fish and shrimp. We also offer vegetarian versions of each menu item.
