Company Summary

Taco Loco LLC was founded in early 2014 by a Culinary Institute of America graduate (Bachelor's '08). Our first food truck was purchased and currently operates on the streets of Stamford, CT as Crazy Taco Mex. We added a second truck to our fleet in the spring of 2015 which operates as Little Taste of Peru. We are currently debt free and in need of capital to open a restaurant in the Fairfield County area.
