    Carter helped define a new industry - working in the big data space before there was a name for it. His past experience includes successfully helping grow three start-ups (two still in operation, and one sold to the McGraw-Hill Companies). He is familiar with leading and building teams and cultures. He has worked with consumer and B2B brands such as Nike, Coke & Unilever, as well as First Data and Standard & Poor's.

    Carl has a strong financial background, which is key within the gift card industry. He started his first company in 2009, which focused on helping local merchants penetrate the college market by offering seasonal, targeted advertising. Carl has worked with Covidien, and Cigna, helping them identify profitable market opportunities. He has been responsible for managing the profitability of a block of business worth over $5 Million dollars.

    Technical Advisor

    Greg is a seasoned software engineer with a wide range of experience developing consumer and enterprise products. He is currently the Director of Engineering for Elemental Technologies, a video processing software company based in Portland, OR. As the head of the product engineering, he has helped grow Elemental from a pre-revenue start-up to one of the most recognizable brands in the multi-screen video encoding industry.
