Company Summary

Our mission is to create a new paradigm in children’s media while filling a sizable gap in the marketplace: apps for children ages 7-10. With the development of proprietary technology, we will leverage all that’s exciting to kids about tablets to create high-interest apps for a unique hybrid of digital magazines, games, and social sharing.

    Bob has held a number of senior positions in publishing including President/CEO of Thompson Media Group, Chairman of Vibe Media Group and EVP at Meredith Corp where he oversaw magazines including Parents, Child, and American Baby, as well as books, integrated marketing and the newsstand group. Bob was also the Publisher of Woman’s Day and President of the Ad Club of NY.

    CMO

    Dave has spent his working life in the direct marketing arena. Before starting his own marketing firm he was the SVP of Consumer Marketing at Meredith Corp. where he oversaw marketing, creative and database teams that maintained their 20,000,000 subscribers. He led their digital subscription acquisition efforts. Ball is the publisher of the Kitchen Product Guide app for the iPad.

    Chief Content Officer

    Amy’s experience is as a designer, writer, and producer of children’s products across a wide variety of platforms including iOS, Nook, LeapPad, Nintendo DS, web, and print. She has worked with Scholastic, LeapFrog, Barnes & Noble, Sylvan Learning, and is the Executive Content Producer at Speakaboos. She also writes for Wired Magazine’s GeekMom blog, and has her own children’s media blog, Media Macaroni.

  • Suma McGourty
    CTO

    Suma brings a wealth of technical experience to the team. As head of production for Orange Design she worked on iOS, Android and other platforms developing products in children’s media. An Executive Producer at Riverdeep, she started her career as Manager of Production & Operations at Lucas Learning.
