Sypher builds a controller that decides when to use quantum randomness (QRNG) versus pseudo, based on measured lift and cost. Each run is a controlled tri-arm experiment with verifiable provenance (TLS-pinned source, zero-fallback counts, sample hash) and live telemetry. Early results show regimes where QRNG matches or beats pseudo while boosting exploration diversity. We sell an SDK + managed service to defense, fintech, etc.
