Poston retired from the Central Intelligence Agency as a technical operations officer, and regional base chief responsible for southern Asia. Poston founded two successful startup companies, the most recent of which was N&T Systems of Puerto Rico, Inc., that contract manufactured a wireline protection product that passed the same UL tests that are essential to this venture.

Michael has over 20 years experience as a Controller for both private and not-for-profit companies in several industries as well as Sole Proprietor of an accounting and bookkeeping business for over 16 years. Most recently, he was Controller of Quantum Components, Ltd. a premier precision manufacturing plant in Fredericksburg, Texas with revenues upward of $4 million.

Our team includes Indiana-based Total Electronics LLC (TotalEMS.com), a top-of-the-line, turnkey electronic manufacturing service with a scalable prototype to high volume assembly capability in McAllen, Texas and Reynosa, Mexico.
