A serial entrepreneur, Mr. Holt is the founding investor of Synergem Technologies. He has served on the company’s board of directors since inception and was instrumental in assisting the company through its first obstacles and opportunities.
With his extensive experience in management, Frank was made CEO in October of 2016 to lead the company to its “next level of success.”

Jeff brings over twenty-five years of experience in software product development, marketing and expanding the reach of new technologies, particularly in telecommunications for voice-related products, and most recently for speech analytics software. In his role as COO, Jeff is responsible for operational performance including managing product development and quality assurance with a focus on client implementation.

Joel is responsible for leading Business Development and Sales at Synergem Technologies. Joel honed his technology skills early in his career, working for industry stalwarts NCR and AT&T, before moving to a series of early-stage tech innovators Octel and Interactive Intelligence. At Interactive Intelligence, Joel was responsible for building a Service Provider sales organization in the Southeast and across the nation.
