Yutaro was Director of the largest advertisement agencies in New York (6 years) and Tokyo (over 5 years). His knowledge and experience are recognised by Saatchi & Saatchi, where he works as part-time consultant for the Director of the Reinvention Project.

Yutaro has an MBA from Judge Business School where he won the collaborative leadership award and was awarded a US $1M seed funding by Bill Clinton as part of Hult Global Case Challenge.

Tom is currently finishing his MBA at the Judge Business School. His summer dissertation will be a Six Sigma project to find ways of improving efficiency in SR’s complex processes. Tom worked for TheTrainLine.com for 6 years and brings a wealth of technical knowledge and experience to the team as well as online marketing expertise.
