We will design garages for a fee, supervise construction/installation and perform QC testing on a cost-plus basis, and provide long-term software maintenance for our garages, again on a cost-plus basis, so that each parking space becomes an annuity.

We may partner with local garage operators to provide daily management, and we may negotiate for equity in projects that can only be built using our technology.
