A former New York State Legislator, Marc spear-headed legislation for entrepreneurial development & technology innovation. Marc has helped to finance and launch a number of companies in New York.

Over 20 years of experience developing medical devices. Expertise in medical acoustics, experimental development, program management and system integration. Demonstrated track record of creating innovative technical solutions to complex engineering problems. Several issued U.S. patents in the fields of intravascular therapy, atrial fibrillation, tumor ablation, high intensity focused ultrasound and M.R.I. system integration.

Decades of experience manufacturing asics and pcb boards for biomedical devices and consumer products. Bob is in charge of our hardware.

Tom has decades of experience bringing new biomedical devices to market. He was a co-founder of Quantum Imaging which went from start up to the largest manufacturer of XRay Systems in the US. He is an engineer but has decades of CSuite and Operations experience.

A background in the technical design, development and production of first-of-kind products with a focus on medical imaging, nuclear medicine and nuclear instrumentation. The majority of my time has been spent in small companies and startups translating ideas from the lab into commercially successful products. Along the way, the have been fortunate enough to work with and build great teams of people and see our products make an impact.
