James is a serial entrepreneur with an extensive background in technology. His first company, a taxi sharing app called JumpIn was acquired by Addison-Lee in 2014, and he has since been working on Synap, as well as advising on several successful healthtech startups, and serving as a Director at Doctorpreneurs.

Jams holds an MSc in Health Informatics and recently graduated as a medical doctor from Leeds University.

Omair is an accomplished full-stack software developer, with a proven track record in delivering technology for clients in a range of sectors, including healthcare and education.

Manisha is a qualified teacher with experience working with people with special needs. She recently joined Synap as Education Manager, and helps to produce high quality education content and courses for our clients, whilst also advising on education strategy within the company.

Manisha holds a BSc in Clinical Sciences and an MSc in Drug Toxicology.

Charlotte recently graduated from Lancaster University where she studied Health Economics. She has experience working as a Healthcare Assistant and statistical analysis.
