Laura is the Chief Operating Officer at SWTCH. Prior to SWTCH, Laura was a Project Manager at Solar Ship Inc., a cleantech company that develops solar electric aircraft to serve remote areas. At Solar Ship, she managed teams in a role that spanned business operations, project management, and corporate strategy. She holds a BA&Sc from McGill University and a MSc degree from the University of Toronto.

Carter is the Chief Executive Officer at SWTCH E-Car Inc. Carter is a veteran of the cleantech industry through his role at Deloitte as a management consultant in the energy and cleantech industries. At Deloitte, he led international teams in digital strategy and transformation projects. Carter attended McGill University for this BSc and PhD from McGill University and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business for his MBA.
